Civic User Testing

The Civic User Testing Group is a group of Chattanooga residents who get paid to provide feedback about the city’s apps, websites, services and more. You don’t have to be a tech genius to participate!

How it Works

Sign Up

Fill out the form to volunteer to be a civic user tester. When a testing opportunity opens up we’ll contact you to ask if you’d like to participate.

Participate in a Session

During a session you’ll preview an app, website, or service that we’re working on. We’ll ask for your feedback about what we’re working on.

Get Paid

After participating in a session, civic user testers will be given a $20 gift card.
